Do you do group bookings?
Yes, each tour has a max group size. For larger groups, message Khang directly for custom arrangements.
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the tour. After that, deposits are non-refundable but dates can be rescheduled.
Do I need to speak Japanese?
Not at all — everything runs in English. That's the whole point.
