The DeeJay is operated by Khang Nguyen as an individual sole operator based in Tokyo, Japan. Contact: khang@thedeejay.net

When you make a booking inquiry or reservation, we collect:

• Your name
• WhatsApp phone number
• Email address (if provided)
• Preferred tour dates and group size
• Any notes you provide about your booking

If you pay a deposit via Stripe, payment details are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our systems.

We use your information solely to:

• Confirm and coordinate your tour booking
• Contact you via WhatsApp or email with tour logistics
• Process deposit payments through Stripe

We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the booking process.

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Sanity — content management (sanity.io/privacy)
• WhatsApp — booking communication (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Booking information is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill your tour and for a reasonable period afterwards for any follow-up. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing khang@thedeejay.net.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No advertising identifiers are set. The only browser storage used is technical session state for the booking form on this site.
