Terms & Conditions

All tours require a non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. The deposit amount is displayed on the individual tour page. The remaining balance is paid in cash or by agreed method directly to Khang on the day of the tour.

A booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received and Khang has confirmed the date via WhatsApp.

Cancelled by you: Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour forfeit the deposit. Date changes requested more than 48 hours before the tour will be accommodated subject to availability.

Cancelled by Khang: If a tour is cancelled by Khang due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, personal emergency, etc.), a full deposit refund will be issued or the tour will be rescheduled at your preference.

All tours involve driving, walking in urban environments, and/or riding as a passenger. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities described in your chosen tour.

Participation in any driving tour is at your own risk. The DeeJay is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from participation in any tour, except where required by Japanese law.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel insurance for the duration of your time in Japan.

Khang reserves the right to end a tour early without refund if a participant engages in dangerous, disrespectful, or illegal behaviour, or if a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Photography and video during tours is permitted for personal use. Commercial use of any content featuring Khang, his vehicle, or third-party locations requires prior written permission.

Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors may attend only with the direct supervision of a participating adult and with prior written consent from Khang.

Each tour has a maximum group size as listed on the tour page. Exceeding the maximum group size is not permitted without prior arrangement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Khang reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your tour.
